I’m a holistic health coach and mother that wants to take a stand for your TOTAL WELLNESS. I founded “The Mom’s Lab”, a community which served over 250 women from all walks of life. I’ve coached many new mothers and women just like you to regain their sense of self, renew their mindset, and build an inner confidence they only dreamed about.

Before you had your babies — especially if you’re a first time mom — you had dreams.

You’d dream and imagine all the things you’d do with baby, what their room will look like, what your interactions will be like… you know, all the beautiful, wonderful times you and baby would have together.

Stress-free. Easy.

But that wasn’t quite the reality when the baby actually came.

And the truth comes up:

The last time you required the amount of attention a baby needs, you were a baby.

 

So you’re doing so much more for a person than you have ever done for yourself.

You slowly start to focus on them and what they need to thrive ONLY. Which completely takes the focus off you and your own needs, wants and desires.

And if you’re married, or have a partner, there’s now two additional extensions of yourself. You’re now not only focused on your baby, but also your partner and tending to them.

As you place your focus on them… you begin to lose sight on what you need.

The question, “Am I ok? How am I doing?” stops being a part at the front of your mind.

Deep down you feel like something’s got to give and you find yourself wondering, “Is this really going to be my life?”

Because I want to be a “Good Mother”

Now you’re finding yourself striving for what you believe a “Good Mother” looks like.

We all have do it, compare ourselves… always measuring ourselves to someone else. You’ve got certain ideas of how “Good Mothers” behave, what they teach their kids, and what they care about.

You begin to walk around stepping on eggshells making sure you don’t say certain potty mouth words around your little ones.

You think about what other people might think of you when you go out with your kids.

You focus on your kids and partner and hope to have their achievements rub off on you… and you feel like you’re not achieving a thing.

Simply put, you slowly lost sight of what you need… and if you’re even ok.

 
 

What if life were different?

You have all these definitions floating around your being that were placed there by other people. It’s not even what you truly believe.

What is a good mother? What is a good wife? How do I want to show up?

You move through Motherhood with a sense of self.

Your kids affirm what you believe to be true with random kisses and hugs.

You’re HAPPY because you’re brokerage through to what you knew deep down to be true……

You’re a great parent because you do your best.
It's that simple.

So why aren’t we actually living like this?

Think back to you pregnancy. You used to sit and day dream about your days with baby. They were seamless, perfect, not once did you see yourself TIRED or OVERWHELMED.

You had the whole nursery space designed and every idea of how you wanted to be with them played out like a dream in your soul. You were going to be a chill, stress-free mom.

But despite that, you still ended up wondering where time went, why you’re so tired all the time, and just plain over it (not your kids, you love them… the stress of it all).

You find yourself up in the middle of the night ordering things you don’t need on Amazon just because it’s something to do. And when your impulse buy arrives, you don’t even remember ordering it.

You spend way too much time scrolling through Instagram.

And then once you’re done with that, you binge watch a few episodes of Orange is the New Black and reruns of Sex and the City.

So what are we missing?

 

It doesn’t have to be this way.

You can find yourself again. You can reconnect with the core of who you are and keep that connection strong as long as you want.

Your mindset.

Your relationship with your body.

Your beliefs around what being a Good Mother are.

Early on I realized the way you do one thing, is the way you do all things. So I’d bet cash money you’re not satisfied in another area of your life. Be it money, connection with your partner, family relationships, speaking up for yourself and asking for what you want, connection to something greater.

And one thing I know to be true:

We were never designed to enter motherhood - or even enter life - alone.
