Hi, I’m Shervella Ellerbe, but you can call me Vella.

I’m a holistic health coach and mother that wants to take a stand for your health and body. I founded “The Mom’s Lab”, a community which served over 250 women from all walks of life. And I’ve coached many new mothers and women just like you to help reclaim their body, break free from dieting, and build an inner confidence they only dreamed about.

I’ve been on this earth for 27 years and thought I knew everything I could possibly know about myself & why my body does what it does… LOL...

Shedding baby weight post baby is hard. It’s uncomfortable. You’ve got some (or many) extra pounds that just don’t seem to come off.

When did this become my reality?

You always thought that by now, you’d have your “body back” —Ok, fine. You’ll admit to yourself this… you tried to be easy on yourself because DUH you just had a baby but that doesn’t stop you from stepping on the scale and being crushed by the number you see.

Or maybe you’ve gone to some yoga classes and tried different practices, because you’ve been longing for more space to explore your sense of body-soul connection. I’m in here somewhere….

Simply put, you desperately want to feel like yourself again… if you could just see that before baby weight number pop onto the scale... it would fix everything (or at least that’s what you’re thinking).

 

What if life were different?

What if you did’t think so much about having your picture taken? What if you truly gave yourself grace and space to heal?

What if that lead to the self-care you gave yourself daily?

Daily, you wake up fully rested. Ready to take on the day.

You pause for a moment of gratitude and take a few minutes to command your day.

You can make healthy food decisions that help you along your lifestyle change journey… and you’re not stressed out about it.

You show up happy and present for baby AND for yourself (because YOU are a person too!).

You look in the mirror and genuinely can say to yourself, “I love you”

So why aren’t we actually living like this?

During your pregnancy, you thought you’d be one of those moms posting about your post-baby body.

You read books with titles like Body After Baby or Lose the Baby Weight so you wouldn’t keep it on once baby was born.

Despite it all, you still ended up with these pounds and a mindset attuned to unworthy thoughts that don’t seem to go anywhere.

It doesn’t have to be this way.

Early on I realized the way you do one thing, is the way you do all things. So I’d bet cash money you’re not satisfied in another area of your life. Be it money, connection with your partner, family relationships, speaking up for yourself and asking for what you want, connection to something greater.

And one thing I know to be true: We were never designed to enter motherhood - or even enter life - alone.

Things clicked for me when I started making my own village. 

And that’s what I want to create with you through the right system, right support and and right accountability tailored to you.

Through mindset, self care and self love.

It’s all I was missing... the help and support.

I can’t do it alone and I don’t want you to either.

When we sit and chat, we’ll get started on your best strategy for support in your health as mama straightaway.

During our time together, we will:

  • Get clarity on what is stopping you from the health and wellness progress you want to see (ie: losing weight, beating sugar cravings, lack of confidence and more)

  • Create a plan to get you moving on your goals

  • Get a feel for one another to see if we have chemistry to work together longer term on your goals

  • Should we be a fit, we’ll also talk about working together for a longer time

  • And if we move forward on working together, the payment for the discovery session will go towards the program you’re joining
